Hi, I’m Justin Wilkerson, Founder of Nurse Wise Learning.
I’m a fifth-generation Floridian and a first-generation college graduate, and I carry that journey with me into every session I teach. I know what it means to navigate nursing school without a roadmap; to work hard, ask big questions, and turn persistence into purpose. That’s why I founded Nurse Wise Learning: to provide clear, compassionate support to students who are determined to succeed.
With over a decade of experience in critical care and academic nursing, I’ve had the privilege of teaching and mentoring learners at every level, from fundamentals to capstone, and through the high-stakes demands of NCLEX prep.
My Teaching Philosophy
I believe nursing education should be transformational, not transactional. Every learner has unique strengths and challenges, and each session presents an opportunity to develop critical thinking, resilience, and confidence.
